Repairs

From replacing a reciprocator, to hook timing, to complete preventive maintenance - our staff caters to all embroidery headaches so you don’t have to. From simple adjustments to complete overhauls, I work on most major brands of embroidery equipment. Regardless of your location, you can rest assured you have a trained and experienced technician ready to get your equipment back in production at a reasonable rate.

Installation

Got a new machine? We can install new or remove old machines to get your business moving faster. Equipment maintenance is very important and too often overlooked. More than likely your training did not include a thorough explanation of all the lubrication points.
Ask me about starting a comprehensive maintenance program for your equipment. Maintenance contracts are also available.

Prevent Maintenance

We recommend a preventive maintenance visit every year to keep your machine running smoothly. Below are all included in the visit:
Oil and grease machine.
Check and adjust needle depth.
Check and adjust hook timing.
Check trimmer system.
Check thread tension.
Update to current software.
Run test design to assure quality sewing.

Training

Now offering training on controller functions and general maintenance to you and your staff.
Our company offers training for new owner/operators to advanced embroidery training, including efficiency and workflow advice! From basic hooping, thread, and controller functions to advanced 3D/Puffy embroidery, appliqué, and more, we can help you get up to speed faster!

Consulting

When you purchase new or used equipment you may or may not be offered installation and training. You will eventually require servicing. If you are considering purchasing new or used equipment, contact us for a competitive quote on these services.

Digitizing Services

We provide quality digitizing services. We focus on quality. We stitch out every design before we send it to the customer to assure that the design stitches out correctly.
