I started in the computer embroidery industry back in 1991. It was surprising to see the machines make perfect details that I never imagined. For those years I was offered the job of operating a Mitsubishi single needle machine, when they saw my ability after a few months – I was offered production training with a Melco EMC6/4, For me, it was incredible to learn how the designs were made. Since there were no automatic trimmers, we were forced to be aware of the constant thread changes. We worked as a team using a 12-head Tajima machine. 

I worked at a large company in Lima, Peru where there were 3 shifts daily. I always stayed after work learning from those who had more experience than me including digitizers and technicians.... this is how the adventures in embroidery began! My great performance led me to become a supervisor in the afternoon shift which eventually promoted me to be General Manager. After many years of experience, I started performing services and maintenance in Tajima and Melco embroidery machines. When I moved to United States, I continued working, training and servicing machines at different companies in the Bay Area.

My technical experience includes - Tajima, Melco EMT-10T, Barudan, Red line, Melco Amaya, SWF, Melco XTS and more. CG Embroidery Technical Services is a new company but not new to the embroidery industry. We have about 25 years field experience as a factory trained technician on most major brands. We offer installation, training, maintenance and repair services.
